Access to the City Hall itself is up a double flight
of stone steps, but there is an accessible ramp on
the left-hand side of the building.
The distance of the parade route (in red) is
circa 750 metres and will take 10 minutes as a
leisurely walk.
Teams are asked to arrive at the Muster Point in
Tudor Square between 17:30 and 18:00. There
is city centre parking underneath the Crucible
Theatre, but athletes are advised to use the tram,
the nearest stop being Castle Square for the
Crucible and City Hall for the City Hall.
Toilets will be available in Tudor Square and there
are multiple bars that encircle Tudor Square.
The Parade will be led by the Punjabi Roots
Academy Dohl Drummers in association with
the Sunrit Dance Group.
