TRAVELLING AT THE
GAMES – USE YOUR
TRAVEL MASTER CARD
We are grateful to TravelMaster for providing
complimentary travel for accredited Games
competitors, supporters, and volunteers on the trams
and buses in South Yorkshire for the four days of the
Games. This will ensure a greener Games!
Team Managers will receive the appropriate
numbers of travel cards for their teams, and
volunteers will receive their cards from their
respective volunteer managers if they are working
for more than a single shift.
The travel card will be scanned by the conductors
on buses and trams, and you will be required to
be wearing your accreditation pass so you can be
visually identified.
This wonderful arrangement will help the movement
of people in the Games using green transport and
hopefully reducing the need for parking, parking
charges, and car movements around the city.
