The Games is a great vehicle by which to
further stimulate a positive reaction to the
benefits of organ donation and transplantation and
as an ongoing Games legacy, Oxford’s stakeholder
organizations, sponsors, partners and supporters,
and Games venues will be distributing up to 10,000
organ donor cards amongst their membership groups
over the year.
If you are keen to support this activity, please send
an e-mail to btg@mlsgb.co with details of your
organization/group stating the number of cards
required and a postal address.
Blenheim Palace to commemorate the Games
In honour of being a major host venue of both the
2022 European Transplant Games and the 47th
Westfield Health British Transplant Games, Oxford
2025, Blenheim Palace will plant a copse of 47 trees
in the grounds of the Palace. One of the trees will
be planted alongside a bench with an inscription
commemorating the two events.
