CEREMONY
SUNDAY 3RD AUGUST 1.30-2PM,
TILSLEY SPORTS PARK
The Handover Ceremony is the opportunity to
pass on the Games flag from the Host City of
Oxford to next year’s Host City, Sheffield.
The modest ceremony will take place in
the scheduled break of the track and field
programme at 1.30pm on the athletics track in
front of the main stand.
The 2026 Games in Sheffield will be held from
the 6th – 9th August 2026 and the Deputy Lord
Mayor and Mayoress of Sheffield will be in
attendance.
