Further portable toilets are available just outside the
main courtyard adjacent to the main palace which can
be used during and after the Opening Ceremony.
The Parade route which will start at 6.30pm, is up a
beautiful, flat and wide boulevard and circa 500 metres
from the start to the main palace courtyard. The start of
the parade is near to the main car parking areas.
The Opening Ceremony will be held outdoors and
commence at 7pm in the Palace’s main courtyard. The
Ceremony will be hosted by TV presenter and author,
Susie Dent, and will be in front of the main house
on the raised stairs of the Palace entrance. For your
entertainment we have Blossom Martin (Student of the
Royal Academy of Music and Vocalist) and singer/song
writer, Adam Isaac (Finalist in the Voice UK).
Both are members of Oxford’s Transplant Games team.
